Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art production facilities, including CNC plasma/laser cutting machines, flange plate bending machines, shot blasting/sandblasting machines, submerged arc welding machines, laser gantry welding machines, and plate rolling machines. A complete in-house production process — from cutting, welding and assembly to blasting, painting and final inspection — guarantees consistent quality on every trailer we build.

Tipper Semi Trailer
Hualu tipper semi trailers are available in 20–50 CBM capacities with 2/3/4 axle configurations, including standard rear dump, U-shape, side dump, and container flatbed/skeleton tipper designs. Built with high-strength wear-resistant steel bodies and heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders, they are engineered for mining, sand, gravel and aggregate hauling under the toughest road conditions. Body thickness, volume and discharge type can be fully customized.

Fuel Tanker Semi Trailer
Our fuel tanker trailers range from 30,000 to 60,000 liters, with tank bodies in carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy and 2–6 compartments for transporting diesel, petrol, crude oil, or asphalt. Every tank is pressure tested and weld inspected before delivery. European-standard manholes, API discharge valves and bottom-loading systems are available on request.

Bulk Cement Tanker Trailer
Hualu bulk cement tanker trailers come in 25–65 CBM volumes with V-shape or W-shape tanks in carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy. Powered by a diesel engine driving a high-efficiency air compressor, the pneumatic discharge system unloads cement, fly ash and lime powder quickly with minimal residue.

Car Carrier Semi Trailer
Designed for vehicle logistics companies and auto exporters, Hualu car carrier trailers carry 6–10 passenger vehicles on double decks with 2/3 axle configurations. The hydraulic lifting upper deck and rear loading ramps adapt to sedans, SUVs and pickups of different sizes. BPW/FUWA axles, WABCO relay valves, wheel positioning chocks and safety straps come as standard; air suspension, enclosed body and -45℃ cold-resistant steel options are available.

Lowbed Semi Trailer
Hualu lowbed trailers carry 20–80 tons on 2/3/4 axles, with multi-axle lines reaching 150 tons. The low cargo deck keeps the center of gravity down for stable transport of excavators, bulldozers and other heavy machinery. Main beams are built from Q345B or T700 high-strength steel; mechanical or air suspension and hydraulic/mechanical loading ramps are optional. For heavy-haul projects, we also build RGN detachable gooseneck trailers rated 30–150 tons, with deck extension and widening options.

Self-Propelled Modular Transporter (SPMT)
Hualu SPMT consists of 4/6 axle-line modules that can be coupled in any combination, scaling payload from 180 tons per module to several hundred tons. Each axle line features independent hydraulic suspension (±300 mm lifting stroke) and multi-mode steering, allowing millimeter-precision positioning in confined spaces. Operated by wireless remote control with a dedicated power pack unit (PPU), it is the proven solution for transformers, bridge sections, petrochemical equipment and shipyard blocks.

Box Semi Trailer
Hualu box semi trailers are available in 13 m and 13.75 m lengths with 30–60 ton payloads, built with corrugated steel or lightweight composite panels. Rear double doors and optional side doors suit palletized and general cargo; side curtain and refrigerated versions are also available. OTTC-certified models can be supplied for CIS markets.

Side Curtain Semi Trailer
Hualu side curtain semi trailers offer 72–127 CBM of cargo volume with quick-open side curtains, allowing forklifts to load and unload palletized goods directly from both sides — significantly faster than conventional box trailers. The curtains are made of heavy-duty PVC-coated fabric, wear- and tear-resistant, with custom printing available. Smooth-gliding curtain rails, an optional sliding roof and removable rear posts make it easy to handle oversized cargo. Built to European standards with OTTC-certified models available, it is ideal for palletized and general cargo in CIS and European markets.
